We left the ICU this afternoon and settled back into a new room on Ward 57. David feels much better and even did a little PT when he got back. We all feel very relieved to be back "home"!
My Dad flew in this morning and he is sitting with David right now talking golf. My
Mom and I came back to the Mologne House to relax before I go back and spend the night with David.

Jumped over from your mom's blog...have been thinking of all of you since hearing the news on her blog. I can't tell you how much I admire your strength and courage. Please let David know that people in SC are so proud of HIS courage and commitment to service to our country. Will be checking in routinely.

I was so glad that I was with you last week.
I know this is a tough time and I wish I were there but knowing that Moo and Jim are there makes it a little easier for me. I'm planning on coming back next week. In the process of
getting everything set up with the airlines.
I hate that I haven't talked to you in a few days but you were in ICU going through so much. I love you Dave. Liz I love you too. Your Miller is so sweet and he misses you.

Hey there Flower family. Dave, hope you are resting up ok and are learning how to handle pain to a manageable level. I'm a big weeny myself and need Tylenol for a paper cut!
