Walking with Crutches

I've had a horrible day. I haven't slept in way too long, I feel like all I ever do is study, and that I have no life at all. I've spent half the day debating my choice in life to become a doctor.

And then I saw these pictures. And it reminded me that sometimes things SUCK, but to keep on trucking ... and working hard.

And, it reminded me to be thankful of all my IRL friends and bloggy friends (and their husbands) that are working so hard and selflessly to give me the opportunity to follow my dream.

Thank you for doing what you do. Thank you for not giving up.

Dave, unbelievable! On crutches and movin on your own. This is such amazing progress to see. Hope things are going well and you continue to make these great strides and progress. Soon enough you'll be on your way to the next venture in life which if basing on your attitude now, you'll conquer!

Your Nebraska Fan Club checking in on you all..

Great pictures. You two are in my daily thoughts & prayers. I meet a young man from around here, who also lost his leg.. He said the Chaplin at Walter Reed saved his life.

Thinking & praying
